Central Coast AIA Lunch and Learn

On May 21st, Kimberly Turgen of LMI Architectural Resources presented on "The Many Benefits of Barrier Free Showers." Sponsored by Infinity Drain, the session provided valuable insights for designing accessible, aging-in-place solutions. Kimberly walked attendees through why barrier-free showers matter and how to properly specify linear drain systems, highlighting key aspects like reliable waterproofing and smart layout tips to avoid common installation challenges. Infinity Drain, a US market leader in linear drainage, offers options for indoor, outdoor, and threshold applications crucial for barrier-free design. As always, we learned a lot, and it was a great chance to network with local architects.
